Pour cela, vous devez&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifier vos patients de 50 \u00e0 74 ans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluer leur niveau de risque pour le cancer colorectal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remettre un kit aux personnes \u00e0 risque moyen pour le cancer colorectal ou orienter vers un m\u00e9decin en cas de risque \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expliquer la r\u00e9alisation du test, les r\u00e9sultats possibles et les examens \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en cas de test positif.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour vous guider dans cette d\u00e9marche, une formation est donc n\u00e9cessaire.<\/strong> Le Centre R\u00e9gional de Coordination des D\u00e9pistages des Cancers Centre Val de Loire (CRCDC-CVL) organise en partenariat avec l\u2019URPS IDEL et le Conseil de l\u2019ordre des infirmiers des formations selon deux modalit\u00e9s de votre choix&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En visio conf\u00e9rence d\u20191h30 par le CRCDC (gratuit).
